I have been in a public school corporation for the past 4 years working with a variety of children with many different needs/learning styles which is why I am so excited to be here at Valparaiso Montessori! | truly align with Montessori education as my philosophy is that all children have unique learning styles and need a stimulating environment where they can meet their full potential mentally, emotionally and physically! ALL children AND parents will feel welcomed, loved and valued in the classroom.
I specialize in hands-on projects with my certification in Project Lead the Way (PLTW). In addition, I am equipped to handle children of any magnitude with my Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification (TCI). I'm often described as bubbly, kind, and helpful, and I am dedicated to nurturing each child's curiosity, helping them grow into confident, independent learners. I truly believe in the power of hands-on learning and strive to create a joyful, engaging environment where children can thrive at their own pace!
Outside of guiding our future generations' minds, I enjoy reading, drinking iced coffee, and spending time with my dogs/family! You will also find me shopping at Marshalls, Tj Maxx and Target when I am out and about!
